Portsmouth North End is an inclusive, friendly and supportive club run by elected volunteer committee. Their work has members interests and needs at heart.
PNECC is an unincorporated association bound together by a Club Constitution , Club Rules and a Committee all agreed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) usually end of November.
