<strong>mandatory<\/strong> \u00a0and clothing\u00a0<strong>appropriate<\/strong>\u00a0for the forecast conditions<\/li>\r\n<li>Bike in good working order and suited to the pace and group &#8211; preferably a road bike.<\/li>\r\n<li>Tri-bars are forbidden on group rides.<\/li>\r\n<li>Water bottle, snack<\/li>\r\n<li>Means to remove, replace and inflate a spare inner tube(s).<\/li>\r\n<li>MOBILE PHONE &amp; Emergency contact aware and able to assist in the event of any problem that prevents you completing the Club Ride.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Club Ride &#8211; Code Of Practice<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All Club Ride participants shall behave lawfully and\u00a0 show consideration to their fellow riders, other road user, pedestrians, horse riders and wider public. Any concerns arising during a Club Ride should be addressed directly to the Ride Leader or Club Captain at the earliest opportunity.
