Their work has members interests and needs at heart.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>PNECC is an<em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportenglandclubmatters.com\/club-planning\/club-structure\/unincorporated-associations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unincorporated association<\/a><\/em> bound together by a\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1rem; color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/e\/2PACX-1vQWPBuvE97A0UnB-65pXe1RF6E8QhUZj0NamUucC25YxpwR4JSVtgoic-eScW4i9w\/pub\">Club Constitution<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1rem; color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/pnecc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/PNECC-Club-Rules-v4.0.docx.pdf\">Club Rules <\/a>\u00a0and a Committee all <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">agreed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) <\/span>usually<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0\u00a0end of November. \u00a0Committee and AGM meeting are open to members and\u00a0 club policies, decision and outcomes are communicated and published online.
