PNECC welcomes all cyclists. Portsmouth Hampshire in the heart of excellent cycling routes, facilities and opportunities including city centre velodrome.
We have a wide range of activities: inclusive club rides , road and circuit racing , social events to time trials & cyclo cross, from coaching to developing officials and riders of all ages.
The clubs us a partner and contributor in our local and regional cycling community, and affiliated to UK governing bodies including; British Cycling, Cycling UK and CTT.
